OUR HISTORY

Quill Notary Express was born from a vision in the Harvest season of 2025, during a transformative period of faith, growth, and purpose. This vision began while I was working as a janitor for Compass Group after departing from four and a half years of service in law enforcement.

During this transition, I dedicated time to helping the homeless, mentoring young people, and developing new skills that would later guide me into real estate investing and entrepreneurship. Through every season, I learned humility, compassion, and the true heart of servitude by the grace of Abba.

This company was built on faith, purpose, and a commitment to serve others with integrity. When I serve you, I serve Him.

E-Notary / Remote Online Notarization (RON)

The Quill Notary Express LLC proudly offers Remote Online Notarization (RON) services, allowing documents to be legally notarized electronically and securely from anywhere in the United States. Through state-approved technology, clients can complete notarizations without the need for in-person meetings—saving time, travel, and hassle.

As a commissioned North Carolina Notary Public, I am authorized to perform remote online notarizations for signers located in all 50 states, provided that I am physically located within the State of North Carolina at the time the notarization is performed, in full compliance with North Carolina law and North Carolina House Bill 776.

All RON sessions include:

  • Identity verification and credential analysis

  • Secure audio-visual recording of the notarization

  • Tamper-evident electronic notarization

  • Digital delivery of completed documents

Additional fees may apply for out-of-state notarizations, complex documents, after-hours requests, or emergency signings.
