Our policies are designed to protect the integrity of the signing process, maintain confidentiality, and ensure respectful treatment of every individual—regardless of circumstance.

Client Policy

To maintain compliance and quality service, clients must adhere to the following:

Identification Requirements

Clients must provide:

  • A valid, government-issued photo ID

  • ID must be unexpired and match the name on the document

Acceptable forms include:

  • Driver’s license or State ID

  • Passport

  • Military ID

  • Inmate ID (incarceration notarizations only)

If valid identification cannot be provided, the notarization cannot be completed.

Document Requirements

  • All documents must be complete before signing (no blank spaces)

  • The client must understand the document and sign willingly

  • Notaries cannot give legal advice or draft documents

  • Payment is due before the appointment

Appointment Standards

  • Clients must arrive on time or be available at the scheduled mobile visit

  • Any changes or cancellations should be made at least 2 hours prior to the appointment

  • Late, last-minute, and after-hours services may incur additional fees

  • No refunds once the appointment has begun or service has been completed

Behavior Expectations

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

  • A client appears under the influence of drugs or alcohol

  • A client is disrespectful, threatening, or abusive

  • A client attempts or requests fraudulent activity

Our priority is always compliance with state and federal laws.

  • Maintain a polished, professional appearance and manner

  • No harassment, discrimination, or misconduct of any kind

Legal Compliance

  • Follow North Carolina Notary Public Laws and Federal regulations

  • Never provide legal advice outside authorized capacity

  • Ensure accurate completion of all documents

  • Report any suspicious or fraudulent activity immediately

Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • All documents and client information must remain confidential

  • No sharing of records without lawful approval

  • Secure handling and return of documents is mandatory

  • Arrive prepared and on time for every appointment

  • Provide clear communication and guidance throughout the signing process
